Kirklees Councillor for Liversedge and Gomersal Ward

David Hall was first elected to Kirklees Council for the Liversedge & Gomersal ward in 2004. He is the Leader of the Conservatives on the council, and also sits on the Licensing Committee and the West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Authority. David has in the past held the offices of Cabinet Member for Finance, Chair of the Resources Scrutiny Committee and Group Deputy Leader, and was also a member of the West Yorkshire Police Authority and the Police and Crime Commission.

By profession, David is a music teacher, organist and freelance performer, and he lives in Roberttown with his wife Lyndsey and two sons, Edward and George.
