David Hall was first elected to Kirklees Council for the Liversedge & Gomersal ward in 2004. He is the Leader of the Conservatives on the council, and also sits on the Licensing Committee and the West Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Authority.
Another successful evening for Operation Torrbank. We started this with the police about a year ago, paying for extra traffic policing out of our ward budgets.
